Shared only with quoting operators
To get you an accurate quote, we share your trip details with FAA Part 135 certificated operators who can perform the flight. Those operators receive what they need to assess the trip: route, dates, passenger count, and any special requests. They do not receive your information for their own marketing.
We do not share your details with other third parties except as required by law or as needed to complete a booking you request. When you choose an operator, that operator becomes responsible for your flight and its own privacy practices.
Call recording and monitoring
Calls to our quote line may be recorded or monitored for quality and training. If a call is recorded, we will tell you at the start. You can ask us not to record the call, and we will note your preference.
Recordings are kept only as long as needed for quality review and dispute resolution, then deleted according to our retention schedule.
How long we keep your information
We retain quote requests and trip details for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements. If you do not book, we typically keep your inquiry for a reasonable period so we can pick up where you left off if you return.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.
